Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Order cancellation

If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we are sorry, it can no longer be cancelled.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. This can be in as little as 12 to 24 hours. Please email us for advice if you wish to cancel after 12 hours has expired and we'll do our best to help.

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out with refund or exchange.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, for reasons explained further in our Returns Policy;

We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

We will not refund for items that are returned to us in a poor condition - either from having been previously worn or in very poor packaging resulting in an unacceptable deterioration of the item.

You can submit refund requests upto 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (20 days) has expired.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

BOHO SKY has been born of a matriarchal dream! Created by a lifelong lover of all things Boho, Sue -  and and abetted by her twin daughters, Megan and Carla.

Sue retired from her highly stressful career in the UK's NHS to focus on her interests; crochet, crafts, creativity and fashion. She is highly experienced in providing high standards within her online stores and is especially proud of her crochet creations, which may feature now and again in Boho Sky. Keep a look out! 

Megan is also a well-established online website creator and keeps Sue on her toes by regular tweaks, advice and social media steering!

Carla is our word wizard. Copywriting is her bag, of which we are most, most grateful.

We are proud to provide our customers with a large and diverse range of products, guaranteed to make your home and wardrobe sparkle. Some of our products are outsourced from overseas, allowing us to showcase a range of exotic fashions from diverse cultures all over the globe, including India, Asia, North and  South America. Other products are lovingly made from scratch in crochet by our very own Boho Sky founder, Sue.
